About the event
This WOMEN ONLY workshop introduces women to Empowerment Self Defense.
Things you will learn:
*Boundary setting and situational awareness
*Identifying different kinds of harassment and abuse, toxic traits, and red flags in relationships (strangers, familiars, co-workers, classmates, intimates)
*Physical safety - how to protect your body
* How to seek help if you have experienced harassment, abuse, and/or trauma
This is a trauma informed, inclusive class that recognizes the experiences of trauma survivors.
